2. Personal information we may collect

3. Why we use it

We may use personal information to respond to enquiries, arrange demonstrations, communicate with prospective customers, operate and secure the website, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Lawful bases

Depending on the circumstances, processing may be based on taking steps at your request, our legitimate interests in operating the business and responding to business enquiries, compliance with legal obligations, or consent where consent is required.

5. Calendly

If you select a demo-booking link, you are taken to Calendly, a third-party scheduling service. Calendly will process information submitted through its booking service under its own privacy notice and applicable terms. You can read the current Calendly Privacy Notice.

6. Tracking and cookies

At the time this notice was prepared, this website contains no Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Plausible, Hotjar, Mixpanel, Segment, Matomo, Microsoft Clarity, browser cookie access, localStorage or sessionStorage code. The public site therefore does not currently intentionally deploy optional analytics or behavioural tracking through the code reviewed for this version.

If we introduce non-essential analytics, advertising or other tracking technologies, we will update this notice and provide an appropriate consent and preference mechanism where required.

7. Fonts and third-party requests

The fonts used on this website are hosted on our own site. Viewing the website does not send your IP address to a third-party font service.

8. Sharing

We may use service providers that support website hosting, communications, scheduling or other business operations. We do not sell personal information.

9. Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including to manage business enquiries and meet legal, accounting or dispute-resolution requirements.

10. Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict use of your personal information, object to certain processing, and receive a copy of information in a portable format. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent. To exercise a right, contact nabil@custodis.co.

11. Complaints
